Parked "advert" vehicle causing obstruction of view

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4573801.

A roofing contractor has parked a vehicle displaying a blatant advertising board on a recently-mowed verge on the Eastbound side of the carriageway at Necton Services, Norfolk, opposite the junction with Co-op/Costa. This vehicle obscures the view of oncoming traffic from the West when attempting to pull out of Dunham Road. This junction is already a known accident blackspot and to my knowledge this vehicle (a silver Peugeot Boxer) should not be parked here. It has been parked there at least two days.
