Overhanging Tree outside my house

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4570869.

The tree outside my house 46 Palace View. is overhanging over my front garden and we are having to start bending to go outside of the gate entrance. Also the bark at the bottom is starting to grow and preventing people with prams to pass easily. Please can you arrange for these to be cut. Thank You
