Is it ok now for you to cut your hedges and dump the cuttings on common grass areas owned by the council?? Seen several people do this over last few years and it was the turn of 58 Weir Hall Road today, have reported in the past on here and direct on Enfield Council website and nothing ever done. If it is ok and nothing will happen is it ok if I do same????? Probably not me thinks....
