Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4566842.

Most in pieces, all stuck behind low railings on *private* property. Apart from the potential confusion, they are an eyesore and have been lying for an eternity.

They have also been reported on a number of occasions over the last 2 years or so but remain. Why?
