Difficult to see coming out Ilsham Marine Drive junction.

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4565963.

I am finding it difficult to see coming out the bottom of ilsham marine drive to turn right. I creep out very slowly to see from my left side but cars do come very quick. Cars park very close to the junction also which makes visibility worse. Can you perhaps put a mirror to help us drivers and double yellow lines or something near the junction on ilsham road?
