Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4565549.

This is very very disturbing when cars drive over it. It causing me to feel very very stressed as the constant banging is awful.

The problem is getting a lot noisy due to heavy traffic. The cover is now very lose. On some mornings I have to leave the house due to the constant clanging.
