Water pouring out from the ground

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4561352.

There is water pouring out from the ground, there are no nearby grids , this is on the path 100/150 yards from the bus stop outside the hospital This is making the path really slippy as there is lots of soil on the path.

Updates

Water still leaking and running along footpath very muddy and slippery very dangerous. Accidents waiting to happen.
