Litter and weeds

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4559048.

Fed up of reporting same problem week after week. Heavy litter in alleyway between millfields close and Station approach. Heavy usage by passengers means lots of litter. Litter blowing in residents gardens, because of the state of alleyway, now becoming public toilet
