Light shines into residential windows located directly next to it, tried blackouts but giving restless nights

Can this light possibly be given a shield on the side where people live please, it shines so bright and can't sleep tried everything to block it out but so bright

  • Hi, I see the black tint put on the back but due to how bright the light is it does not make any difference - is there anything else that can be done? I will attach pictures later
