Tarmac on cycle path very wobbly

Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 09:51, Mon 15 May 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4554894.

The tarmac that's been replaced after the prior electrical cable works is very ridge-board. Cyclists pretend they're doing Paris-Roubaix over this section! (I jest, really everyone just avoids the newly laid tarmac but that puts people all on the inside track and risking head-on collisions around the bend) This is on the shared cycle-footpath near the heyford hill roundabout, on the side closer to the road, and is the newly laid stuff. I will try to get a photo that shows the ridge-ness. I reported this previously, and it was said it would be inspected once the roadworks were completed. They're definitely now completed, I can't imagine it would have passed inspection.
