Tesco stock cages & crates left on pavement

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 08:30, Monday 15 May 2023

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4554413.

5 large metal empty stock cages left on pavement at the traffic light barriers & 6 empty plastic crates stacked further up, again, next to safety barriers. Both of which way beyond the footprint of their shop & impede pedestrians crossing.

Yet another business that believes pavements are a storage extension of their premises. Tesco Express, Dumbarton Rd back to their usual practice which has been going on and reported for years now. Time for yet another visit. Time to start applying sanctions. Or demand they pay additional business rates for pavement usage.
