Grass verge deteriorating

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4553916.

The grass verge near to the entrance to Trederlech park from New Road has been eroded markedly by cars driving over it. Is it possible to place a bollard here? The area is now sunken and muddy due to cars driving over the grass area.
