Road is subsiding towards part of our garden, weeds growing on cracks in the road and very concerned that if the road collapses it will cause drainage issue with possible flooding

Cracks in the road are getting worse, the worry is that it will collapse and expose drainage system and lead to flooding of nearby housing.
