Electric bikes

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4552206.

Could you please explain what the plan is to deal with e bikes and scooters who are using the cycle lines. Whilst I'm fully aware it is a cycle lane surley it is unacceptable to travel at speeds that are faster than road speed. I saw a person nearly get knocked down by one recently and it shows that the council have not put any clear though into these cycle lanes and the types of vehicles that are using them. There are more e bikes and electric scooters using these lanes than normal bikes. I think I am right in assuming that electric bikes and scooters are illegal. Who's is policing this
