Gate to picnic area cannot close as the hinge has been ripped off

Reported via mobile in the Park Repairs category by Jennie Randall at 09:52, Sun 14 May 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4551492.

The picnic area at Jubilee Country Park is a dog-free zone. However, one of the entrance gates into it (the one nearest to the Cycle Track) has had it's hinge ripped off on one side and damaged on the other so that it is unusable. This means that dogs can easily get into this area and possibly defecate in a place where children play and picnic. The hinge needs replacing as soon as possible. It would also be helpful if the grass were cut in the picnic area (as it should be) for health and safety reasons. If there is broken glass in the area, or dog waste, it would not be obvious if it were hidden under long grass.
