Drain fallen through, very close to pavement

I have tripped over this drain once, almost stepped on it a few times. It is a real danger and needs to be fixed asap please.

My partner who is also disabled lives on this corner and comes down this path a lot, I am visually impaired and they are physically impaired, if they fell over this drain they would not be able to get back up without help from trained professionals or atleast 3 people.

The issue has been there atleast 3 weeks, it is the drain cover itself and the soil around it that has fallen through.
