I previously reported that the public bin next to Ayur Court was overflowing and had not been emptied for over a week. A week later, it has still not been emptied and is attracting flies due to the bags of dog excrement left hanging out of and on top of the bin. Strangely, the public bin less than 30 metres from this one is continuing to be emptied.
