Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4550450.

Auto Finesse is a vehicle detailing company based in Haslemere industrial estate, cm23. The workers rev vehicles for hours, into late evening, causing the local residents (particularly ProctorsWay, CM23 3HF) noise pollution. Attempts have been made to communicate with the company over the past few years, but they are unwilling to engage in meaningful discussions.
