Underpass impassable due to flooding

Underpass under Petersfield Rd, at junction with Stockheath Rd has been flooded for days, resulting in pedestrians running the gauntlet of trying to cross Petersfield Rd at the busy junction. This presents a major hazard to pedestrians and vehicles.
