Road blockage

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 11:57, Sat 13 May 2023

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4549413.

Some thoughtless highways engineer has chosen to all roadworks on Richmond Road Twickenham. On a rugby day. On a rail strike day. The results are gridlock in the surrounding areas.
