Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4544565.

The pavement at the top of balmoral road, e10 is completely raised and a major falling hazard. It’s outside the garden entrance of the coach and horses and where they are doing building works. It’s shocking and needs fixing. Where is my poll tax being spent?
