Parking illegally in residents only zone

This has been an ongoing problem for months in egton street hull. Several cars, including one of main culprits (picture attached) have been flouting our residents only zone for easily 2 years now, and has never been issued with a penalty notice, whereas others have. However this and other vehicles continue to obstruct residents who otherwise could have parked in their zone. Not enough patrols occur, and when they do, are once in the course of a day. Please help to stop this .

  • One of the cars in question (pictured) has to date, still not been ticketed by any of your wardens. Proof, if any, that the residents who are paying for the zone to be policed, are wasting our money.
