Overgrown grass and weeds on verge

Once again the grass has overgrown and has not been cut for a long time. There are weeds and rubbish everywhere because the street hasn’t been cleaned for a while, separate complaint raised. It’s very difficult to access cars parked on this side of Sandal Ave especially for the elderly and disabled and also push chairs. I’ve raised this issue on countless occasions but we still have the same issues..
