Overgrown tree close to property

Very large tree in front of 37 Chase Side, Enfield. Lifting pavement which impacts people on mobility scooters and pushchairs (nearly tipping over). Tree is touching the property and blocking light and views. This has been reported to Enfield Council numerous times and there has never been any response or communication. Will probably have to seek legal advice as next step.

    The tree is still a problem, even larger now and blocking all the light to our house. No response at all from Enfield Council
