Grass verges have not been cut since 2022

The grass verges surrounding the blocks that I manage Campion/Dowland & Benson House, have not been cut since 2022 and are the councils responsibility to maintain. You can see from the pictures the area surrounding Limes Ave, it is unsightly and we have had reports of pests/rats in this area, this needs to be cut back asap please, I would appreciate if you could provide me with an update and next steps
