Seems half of Brixham uses Cumber Drive as a dog bog and a few don't bother to clear up their mess. When are the council going to take the irresponsible dog owners to account for their anti social ways ? Dogs are fine it is just a few idiot owners that spoil things for others.

Update no change like everything else reported to the council seems to fall on death ears. Brixham is in a pretty grim state, dirty and unkempt.
