Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4535300.

Water unable to drain because grass and tree cuttings were not cleared up properly. causing seriously flooding, covering up potholes and making the road extremely slippy

Its leaving sludge absolutely everywhere!
