Potholes which still have not been fixed

There are NUMEROUS potholes on this stretch of road which are yet to be fixed. Yellow lines have been drawn around them for at least a month now but the potholes continue to deteriorate and grow in side due to the lack of repair. I witnessed a cyclists have to travel onto the wrong side of the road in order to get around the potholes which was a very dangerous move on a blind bend but they had no option.
