Grass in Petersham Drive and surrounding area very long and full of Weeds

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I live in Petersham Drive Orpington, BR5 2QG postcode.
I am always grateful for the valuable work that Bromley Council do, and I am a Street Friend.
However, with regret I am lodging a complaint.
On 13th April 23 I made a request for the grass in Petersham Drive to be cut, including greens between of the houses and the grass verges.
This was on 13th April Ref: 4433001.
I called again to ask, as it still hadn't been cut. I called for the third time today. I was told it was cut on 20th April. However, it definitely was not done then. We cannot even see cats on the green, just their tails.
To be honest, I feel embarrassed about the state of the grass. It is very long with very little weeds. Dandelions have been speeding at an alarming rate, so weeds are spreading. I remove and dispose of seed heads and pull up weeds as much as I can, but it is only scratching the surface.
Jubilee weekend is upon us and it means a lot to me and many other locals to be in a pleasant environment. My neighbours have been expressing their dissatisfaction about this issue too.
I would be most grateful if the grass could be cut as a matter of urgency.

We are very upset about how it's looking. I question if I really want to live here!
Please will you get this addressed urgently, especially outside 130 Petersham Drive. I'm sending more attachments separately.

It's now 6th June and the grass still has not been cut on some of the green spaces in Petersham Drive. Uncut since early April 2023.
Please can this job be done as a matter of urgency.

Believe it or not, this is STILL unresolved!
I was aware of no mow May, but here it's been no mow April, May and up to this point, June. It's now 9th June! The whole green outside houses has not been cut in all this time. It's not even a grass verge. The green area outside 130 hasn't been cut at all THIS YEAR!

Almost all the greens in Petersham Drive have been cut a week or so ago, all br it badly! However, NOT this one!
The grass outside 130 hasn't been cut since last year either.

I reported this issue by phone in April, but on the app on 6th May. It still hasn't been resolved. The last green on the right hand side of Petersham Drive, which is bordered by 15 houses, just before the end of the road, Leesons Way, STILL hasn't been cut! It's now 17th June. The green outside number 130 STILL hasn't been cut this year.
My neighbours have been telling me that they are very frustrated about this, as are we. One of them told me he feels very tempted to mow it himself. This is not acceptable.

Nothing has been done since I reported in April that some green spaces in Petersham Drive haven't been cut. Still, the last green on the right in Petersham Drive remains uncut.
Still, the green space outside number 130 Petersham Drive gas not being cut at all in 2023. Many of my neighbours tell me they are frustrated and upset by this, as am I.
I've never know this to happen in all the years I've lived here. Please will it be done urgently.
