Loose and rocking manhole cover and frame on the junction of Mill Road and Station road (at least for 6 months) was covered by tarmac about a month ago presumably to stabilise in the absence of a proper repair. This temporary repair has now failed exposing a rocking manhole cover and causing more damage to the foundations.
