Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4532477.

The problem is one of standing water because of blocked drains.there are considerable amount of trees on this road and a fair amount of seed and leaves have contributed to the drains being blocked..Also because of parked cars this problem has not been addressed for several years

Ref 4532477.flooding on humberstone drive due to blocked drains resulting in the fire brigade attending a flooding problem at the junction with hallaton rd during yesterdays deluge ie 22/06/23.the council have a problem with access to the drains because of parked cars but this is now urgent and requires a solution
