Parking in shared access difficult to enter and exit my propery

This person continues to park like this and also has visitors park like this just to cause issues with us entering and exiting our space on a shared access drive covering 4 property’s. We have politely asked serval times to use their designated space and not block the shared access area. And now seems like they do this just to wind us up. We have not been to see them again as we feel this is been done to provoke a reaction which I am not giving them. I like rather have this issue now dealt with in the correct legal way. As polite conversation doesn’t seem to work with these people.
