Cats eyes in middle of road.

I hope you can help. We have recently moved to the area on st James and the Obrey Way had cats eyes in the middle of the road, this is causing horrendous noise going through our at night and early hours, as soon as a car drives on them. This is causing major health problems, lack of sleep waking up thinking someone breaking in on banging on the door. We have passed from pillow to post and would like to speak with one regarding this matter please.

    Vehicles drive too fast along here, hitting the cats eyes in the middle of the road causing very loud noise, waking children up. Causing animals to be stressed in the middle of the night. When children have crossed here to get to school they have nearly been hit. Spend humps fitted and cats eyes removed.
