Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4525930.

Blocked drains still.. At least 3 blocked drains due to the leaves which never got cleared up.. These is located on the odd side numbers of barclay street roughly opposite 128 and going up the hill..
