Road full of dangerous potholes and road markings worn away

This is a busy road and a confusing road design meaning the road markings are essential for drivers The yellow hatching is worn away, the white stop lines are worn away and the road is disintegrated adjacent to tescos slip. the temporary fixes to potholes in the past have crumbled This is the main route out of Gosport and Fareham leading to a27 and M27 an essential unavoidable road for many - please advise when it is being fixed
