Grit bin broken near Fakenham community centre

Sent to Norfolk County Council and North Norfolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4523241.

The lid of then grit bin which is in the alley between the community centre and the churchyard in Fakenham has a broken lid. The grit bin in now full of water. I used some grit from it this winter and I had a bad smell, I’m concerned it also has also been used as a regular bin
