Can driver and their cabs cars causing nuisience

Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4522523.

This service road for buses is now being used by mini cab drivers as a rest place and parking in between jobs , so many cabs there at a time in evenings and sometimes day time too, standing around cars talking to other drivers and using grass verges to pee on as a toilet and also leaving litter, please will council do something about this , we have told półce who advise me to tell you instead.
