Blocked drain outside house. Had down poor and as we live bottom of the hill the water pored down road and then into our back garden. Drain still blocked still half hour after rain had stopped. Outside 12 Buckwell End, Wellingborough, Northants, NN8 4LR

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Having inspected the gully on the above mentioned road; Buckwell End, we can confirm work is scheduled within the next 28 days to rectify the problem. We will endeavour to do it as quickly as possible. But if a flooding emergency occurs, call 0300 126 7000 for West Northamptonshire Council between 9.00 and 17.00. Outside of these hours, please ring 01604 651074.
