Overgrown vegetation across footway-cycleway

There is vegetation growing over the footway-cycleway along Richfield Avenue by the Riverhead access roundabout. This narrows the path at the point where it needs to be widest so people can wait and safely cross the road. The path either side of the roundabout is relatively wide but seems to narrow at the roundabout and the vegetation narrows it even further. At the moment, a pedestrian passing a wheelchair user would need to step into the road, which is hazardous.
