Road breaking up because refuse/recycle/garden/glass bin lorries mount pavement.

This is outside driveways, people cant avoid it, as cars on other side, now puddle is masking it. Council lorries cause this, it's usually fixed every 2 years because of this, but not for last 4yrs now, 85% of residents are over 65-70, several having hip problems, and crossing uneven kerb stones pushing up tarmac, hidden in puddles is not safe.
