Grass verges in Mountview Road need cutting urgently

Reported via desktop in the Grass Verge Cutting category anonymously at 14:27, Monday 1 May 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4504746.

The grass verges at both sides of the lower part of Mountview Road (leading to Chislehurst Road) need cutting urgently. They've not been done for many weeks and are now very untidy and unsightly. Could also present a safety issue if left uncut.

  • Grass verges in Mountview Road were cut at last on Wednesday but the job was left far too long: they were in an appalling state, unkempt and up to around 3 feet in height. In addition, although they look better than they did, the job wasn't done very well, with parts of the verges not cut properly and grass cuttings left on the pavement. So I remain unsatisfied.
