Until recently the park sign on Riverford Road that says "dogs are welcome if they are on a lead and under control" was obscured by spray paint . This is the only sign but the park has 4 entrances. Many dog owners allow their dogs to run amok off lead , often running up to other park users barking and snarling. It's frightening.
