Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4503945.

Flashing light on or around the traffic lights at this junction. Unsure if it is a camera flash going off, but was flashing a few times at cars ahead and behind me when going through a green light - so probably not a camera.
