Speed bump is badly damaged

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4503826.

Speed bump is badly damaged and will cause damage to vehicle travelling at 20 mph. Need to slow down to 5-10 mph which will cause accidents with following traffic. Currently safest way to traverse is to drive over curbside drain which will over time collapse. I will make claim for any damage this causes to my vehicles
