Hedge Hanging Over Footway

The Hedge is hanging over the footway, forcing pedestrians to step out onto Aldershot Road, where there is busy, fast-moving traffic. This is outside number 3, Aldershot Road, opposite the Church Crookham Pharmacy. The hedge needs to be cut back soon before someone is hurt.

  • I have submitted a new entry for this problem as the property numbering was poor, causing me to give the wrong house number. I have corrected that in the new report.

    The house numbering to locate this problem is very difficult. The property behind the hedge that is grown across the footway has the number 3 on it, as do the dustbins behind the hedge concerned (see photos). this is one of four houses set back from the road and built on land between 146 and 152 Aldershot Road. None of these houses have street numbers on them!

  • I have visited the site of the blocked footway today. No work has been done and Hampshire Council have not contacted me, though almost month has passed. They seem to be suffering from a finger extraction problem !!!
