There is a deep pothole a few metres south of the point at which Sandye Lane (B.O.A.T.) emerges on to the road between Lower Dean & Upper Dean. This has caused me over £200 of tyre damage and needs urgent repair. r

It would seem that a very temporary step has been taken to reduce the depth of the pothole but no real repair has been undertaken.

No attempt appears to have been made to remedy this pothole problem, nor the problem with potholes nearby at the entrance to the By-way.

There are still at least 2 potentially damaging potholes in this stretch of road that have not been earmarked by the Council for repair.
