  • Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system which is in the process of being replaced. Our termed contractor will aim to have this repaired within the next 4 weeks. However, bad weather, supply chain delivery delays and COVID isolation of fault repair crew members can and is leading to extended fault repair times currently. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend.

    You've closed my report as 'duplicate' at same location.. told me to click the link you've provided to see progress.. The 2 links go to my 'duplicate' report now closed.. I cannot see a duplicate at this location.. *To wit: daylighters x3 at face of clarendon centre building* Aspects of fixmystreet function/usage are going awry. Copy paste the duplicate, else your recipient won't see it. When there are no comparable reports at same location (no light ≠ daylighter) the contributor is rightfully confused. Free reporting. Free management data. Don't shoot the messenger!
