Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4497732.

There has been a very poor, shoddy and uneven repair done here which has left a manhole cover sunken a few inches lower than the 'repair', this is now a Dangerous surface to cyclists and motorcyclists. This is just very bad workmanship to say the least as it will have to be re-done at additional cost to the tax payer. absolutely diabolical.
