Ice Cream Van illegally parking on double yellow lines on junction of Winslow Grove & Normanton road opposite Whitehall road junior school between 2.45pm -4pm.causing blind spots to on coming traffic and a danger to school children buying ice cream. Van Driver has no consideration to childrens safety is only interested in selling ice creams to children.

    Noticed again today 4/7/23 that ice cream continues to illegally park on corner of Normanton road & Winslow Grove opposite Whitehall road junior school. Accident waiting to happen!
