Blocked drain causing flooded footpath

Sent to Mid Sussex District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4494807.

On the below road level footpath on Cants Lane (house numbers hard to read from path, but around about number 51) there is a drain which is blocked. It is causing the footpath to flood and water could then flood the much lower level homes along that section. It is not easily accessed due to railings and steep bank
